125cc. seal

    Ciao friends, I have to change the seal under the motoplat of my Husqvarna 125cc. 1983.

    The HSQ reference code is 1610681-01

    (it should be these sizes: 20x35x7/8 ---- (why 7/8?))

    Do you think I can use a commercial seal or is it special?

    Many vintage big bore and automatics
    You can use a commercial seal. Nothing special about the oem seal. Just make sure the seal is of the same type as the original. The reason for the 7/8 is the seal is double lipped and the outer lip is slightly higher than the seal body.
