07 te250 Suspension Clicker Help

Just picked a 07 te250 and was reading the manual in hopes to find info on suspension adjustments. Just wondering if anyone has had good luck with the stock suspension setup and if so, what adjustments to the clickers have you made? I am 6'1", 185, and not an aggressive rider. Eventually I'd like to send if off to be professionally tuned, but for now finances won't allow that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This is an old post, but just in case you never got your answer, try and find the owner's manual online or pick one up. There's a whole section on suspension tuning for different types of terrain (mud, sand, hard pack) etc.
