06 vs 08 upper rad guards

Im pretty sure I already know the answer to this, but i thought its worth a question.

06 vs 08 upper radiator guards on a Te510. Are they interchangeable or are they different due to the different shaped tank?

Has anyone tried to make it work, or are the screw holes just too different?

Im trying to chase down Black upper rad guards for my Carby 06.

They are different, the 05-07 stuff curves around the front of the tank for mounting, the 08-10 stuff sticks out around 90 degrees to mount to the front of the tank.

I have some black uppers but I am in the states.

What brand are they?

Do you know where I would be able to order a pair?
