Just discovered it lost one of the fasteners that holds the front disc onto the hub, does anyone know where I can get a replacement one?

I was missing a few too. Got replacements here http://www.blackshadow-uk.co.uk/
Put a dab of some sort of adhesive on the "e" clips after you fit them.

Just fitted mine and had to make up a couple of shims as it was very slack on its own. How tight are they meant to be in the hole?

Not entirely sure how tight they are meant to be but its wise to remember they are a floating disc. I reckon mine are a little too lose tho.

Did you get your fuel sender fitted successfully?

It was just rattling about so I made some shims to take up the slack so it's still got a little movement on the spring washer. No never got around to it, travellers moved in behind my work so didn't want to be leaving the bike there overnight and don't have the room to work on it at home. Must try and get it done. It's on my list of things to do along with new speedo drive and a larger idle jet.

Fitted the fuel tap today, it sits pretty much the same as my old one only I needed a longer bit of pipe to go across to the lh tap, just a little bit longer.

Getting the pipes to sit without kinking I'd a real pain although think I have it sorted now.
